Most of us do not have to think twice about this question. We know! Our whole life and thinking was centered in drugs in one form or another-the getting and using and finding ways and means to get more. We lived to use and used to live. Very simply, an addict is a man or women whose life is controlled by drugs. We are people in the grip of a continuing and progressive illness whose ends are always the same: jails, institutions, and death. --excerpt from the “Little White Book of Narcotics Anonymous”
NA is a nonprofit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a problem. We are recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs. There is only one requirement for membership: the desire to stop using. (excerpt from the “Little White Book of Narcotics Anonymous")
The Meetings page now includes a printable and downloadable pdf file of all NA meetings in Montana. Please help us keep the meeting lists updated. We have added a searchable meeting database of all meetings in the Montana region. You can search for meetings in the sidebar by city or by Area. You can print out a customized layout by Area if you scroll down to the bottom of the Area search results page.
A new member’s area on the MontaNA site has been developed. The Service Forums contain fellowship resources and archives, pages for Areas in the Montana Region, and MRSC Subcommittees and Workgroups. There now are private Member Meeting Forums for personal recovery discussions for the Fellowship. We also maintain a small Public Forum where our Public Information Workgroup will post information that we make available to the public.
If you want to participate on the MontaNA Fellowship website’s discussion forums, or submit information about meetings or calendar events to us, you can register for an account. Membership on this website is open to those seeking recovery from addiction: “You are a member when you say you are.”
We have a new Event Calendar page, and a page with a form to submit your own events to our calendar.
If you have ideas, comments or suggestions in general for the MontaNA Fellowship, visit our Public Information webpage. If you have suggestions for, comments about, or problems with the website, please
